He has know respect for anyone working there, And had 3 staff quitt because he doesnt communicate. He talks to her like shitt. And ive had enuff i just want to go up there and sort it myself. How hes keeping his buisness going i dont know. Did i mention the 3 staff didnt get replaced and there work has been put onto my partner. She wont leave as dole doesnt pay rent and bills.

You don't do anything, lol, if your partner is old enough to hold a job, they are old enough to deal with work issues by themself. You are not a parent! She can talk to him about issues that bother her- can ask for a raise or promotion if she's doing extra work. But some people are born arseholes and nothing will change them so to some extent she may just need to develop a thick skin and bear his attitude till she is able to find a new job. Why go on the dole- find a new job!

You can do one just one thing.Tell her to "quit".Look for a job atleast for the time being.She will get her real job just a little later.You may try for her too.ok?
