Anyone want to donate to a college student? I have a paypal account. I don't have cancer, my parents aren't dead, and I have no life threatening disease story to make you all feel pitty....I just work round the clock and I'm trying to balance school and applying to law school with trying to put in more hours to cover costs for applications, food and bills... . I know the odds of anyone sending me money are VERY slim to none but I thought I would try it nonetheless. I won't spend it on alcohol (unless requested, cause i do need a break)

My paypal address is youdontgetityet2yahoo.com Maybe I'll get lucky and someone out there who makes more money than I do (Who doesn't?) will decide that there extra cash could be more useful going to this college kid who is BROKE!

Thanks Everyone..

I found a mobile home I like that is for sale by owner, when my agent contacted the seller, they said they are not willing to work with my agent because the price of the mobile home is so low, they do not want to pay a commission. My agent told me, that I would have to pay the commission. Should I cancel my buyer agreement with my agent and work directly with the seller. Thank you

The check has my name and the contractors name on it.I would like to pick out my own appliances and lighting although I would need to cash the check first to do that. Would there be any legal reason why the contractor would not sign the check before the work is done?

I am a Filipino (hopefully looking for answers from any other filipino experianced in this matter) looking to either obtain a small business loan, state, government, or privatized funded grant, or other acquirable capital to buy into a small business that is essentially a franchise.

Not like a restaurant but a service company requiring $50,000 capital for the equipment purchase. I would also need an additional $25-50,000 for overhead (building lease, advertising, uniforms, etc.).

I live in Texas if that is relevent. I do not have any of my own capital and or collateral. I rent my home and only have a vehicle paid off. I have dark brown curly hair, enjoy strolls on the beach and like to karoake......whoa, ok, now I'm going off on a tangent.

Anyways, any information would be greatly appreciated. And as I do on other questions, smart alecky remarks will be welcome as well....

I was under the impression that the SS# is not necessary, unless one has accepted a position, so that the employer can withhold taxes, pay Social Security, FICA, etc. With identify theft being such a concern nowadays, should job seekers be giving their SS# out on all applications, whether online or in writing?

I am almost completely out of debt. The only way that happen, i moved back home with mom for almost 2 years. Only paid 150.00 for rent and the rest of the money went to pay off bills. I moved out in march and I am drowning again. Thankfully I am not completely under water yet. But, if I continue in my way i will be soon. I am a single mom with 4 kids, working 2 jobs and going to school. I make more than enough money to pay my bills on time but some where I am not adding things up right. maybe I forgot to move the decimal or something hahaha anyway is there any place i can go or someone I can take all my info to so they can put me on a budget. for free if possible. thank you very much

if someone got my social security number got out, and someone opened credit cards, and I never found out about it... would I be financially responsible? To my understanding, business credit cards do not show up on credit reports, because I found out I have some through a phone call, even though I never opened them, and they are not on my credit report... so... what do I have to do to be not financially responsible. Thank You.

I'm a US citizen living temporarily in France under a student visa. I got an offer recently to work for a translation agency based in France ~ it is at-home work, paid by word/project. If this were salaried employment, I'd pay taxes to the French govt, file a US income tax form and get a credit for the French taxes (and most likely pay no US taxes, as a result). But this is freelance. In general, freelancers need to get a work permit/carte de sejour to conduct business in France, but I'm not looking to set up my own business. I just want to work a little in my free time (I'm a full time student). I've met people who work outside the US, sometimes months at a time, but they always declare income/pay taxes to the US, not the country they're visiting. Even though I have the added factor of temporary residency in France, I think I should still be able to do the same. Is this the case? And if so, what hoops do I have to jump thru? Like do I have to get paid into my US bank account?
