You can not find ANY legitimate lenders on Yahoo Answers. Offering a loan violates Yahoo's community guidelines thus proving the lender is NOT legitimate.

The answer would be it depends, what is your collateral for the loan and what is your credit score, how much do you make, what is the purpose of the loan.
If your score is lousy the answer is NO WAY.
