I mean they are asking for new things that weren't even in the home when I bought it three years ago!?!?! We've given them almost everything they want, and they still want more! I don't want to pay for them to get all these new improvements when I lived without them for three years. This is just ridiculous! We're closing on a new home the same day we're due to close on our current home - and we won't able to if our sale doesn't go through. So it's either give in to all their stupid demands are the deal falls through and I lose my $1,000 deposit on the new home. I don't know what to do.

I was late paying on my water bill which is paid to the apartment complex, and i came home to an eviction notice. The water bill was only $30. Can i really be evicted for this? Isn't the first recourse to turn my water off?

Hello, I am curious if medical expenses affect your credit score and how they affect them. My ex was responsible for a hospital bill, he signed off to pay it and now the collections agencies are after me to pay the bill. There is another debt from a collection agency that resulted from a hospital visit. Did I say I will never again be put in the hospital and that I can not stand doctors! Anyway, if anyone knows, let me know. Thanks!

I placed an item on ebay which did not sell during the time frame it was available for...a couple of days later someone emailed me to say they would like to buy the item even though the auction period had ended which i have agreed to. Can i still invoice my buyer through ebay or do i now have to do it privately as ebay have now assumed no one has bought the item and therefore has no record of the buyer etc. how do i go about doing it all securely through paypal rather than emails?

Mark was given $10,000 at birth to invest until his adulthood. The DoW Jones has averaged an annual average of 10% for the 20th century. If Mark invests his 10,000 in a good solid dow jones mutual fund which averages 10% growth per year, and then after the first year and every year thereafter adds $1,000 per year of his own money, how many years will it take for Mark to became a millionaire.(show the working)

When filing you tax return, do business expenses just help to relieve federal tax responsbility, or is state tax responsbility included as well? Thanks!

I plan on retiring in a couple of years and then relocating. I will not be working after I retire. Since most mortgage qualifying information revolves around one's employment income, is it possible to qualify for a mortgage based only on my savings and payments from Social Security?

I'm a freelance web designer and I'm having problems figuring the right price to charge my clients. My parents and friend says I should charge more. But then some of my clients will say that they can't afford it .. can you reduce the price...etc..etc.. I'm happy to design for them and help them promote their business online.. but if I continue like this I'm just covering my cost and my financial situation is stagnant... my savings is just increasing really slowly... should I be patient or charge more ?
I mean.. even a guy that drives a mercedes says they can't afford it. Or a businesswoman who owns several businesses and has a nice house says they can't afford it.

yesterday I won and auction for a designer handbag, been after one for ages and was very excited. I paid via paypal then mailed the seller syaing how happy I was to have won and was hoping it was the genuine article etc etc. Next thing I get an email from the seller saying the item had been withdrawn as she had "discovered" that the bag was a fake. Do you think that if I hadn't mailed her in the first place, the bag would have been sent cos no questions had been asked?

I move the business to my home. We are moving to another state. But we need to sell the business before we put the House on the market.
