I need some jobs that I can do during my spare time at home that really make real money to pay all my debts and needs everyday. I read some sites some of you guys suggested in the similar questions but desperately known that not applicable to my area. I am living in Korea but couldn't still speak their own language. Thanks for everything you can share. GODBLESS!!!

Hi:
I have a small business and buy a fair number of books over the internet related to my business. Since these are transactions that show up on my credit card bill, I usually record them in an Excel worksheet for tallying up at year end [and save my credit card statements]. Is that enough or should I be printing out a receipt from purchase e-mail confirmations as well?
thanks for you help

I've been paying Careonecredit a debt management company, monies to 4 creditors. ONe of the creditors has served me with a warrant in debt?!?!?! Apart from a few non payments due to rent, car and childcare money issues, I'm not sure why they are doing this, except to harass me.

for the past 3 days I have reported that tempertures inside my apt reaching over 100 degrees (I live in CA); and requested my A/C unit be inspected and serviced. Because of their past lazy, unproessional approach in dealing with maintenance issues, I can only assume that they will not fix it anytime soon;
First question...I inspected my A/C unit myself earlier, and noticed the hoses leading into the unit were all frozen with actual ice covering the hoses. If anyone is familiar with A/C units--what does this mean? Second question..If I have to call a service tech. to fix it myself can I deduct the cost off my rent?

I've just completed teaching my first year in FL. I want to buy my first home but my credit is poor (I took some massive hits last fall/winter when we moved down here - long story).
There are many incentives for teachers to buy homes:
http://www.floridahousing.org/Home/HomebuyersRenters/FTHB/DefaultFTHB.htm
I'm especially attracted to the loans that offer a 4% grant or loan for the down payment / closing costs.
It sounds like if I go for one of the high rates it fixes for 5 years, I'll have to refinance again and pay all of those closing costs again (ack!). But in the same sense, I'm confident that my house will go up in value (it's in a prime area and we're in a housing slump).
Will they still give me that 4% loan with my credit score in the high 500s?
I don't want to go fishing for loans because my credit will take hits and I've been very careful. It has gone from the low-to-mid 500s to where it is now.
I'm married and my husband makes a tad more than me but with a lower score

I look at vision of people living in high rise apartments all over the world, having to get lifts to and from their front doors to the street.
I'd hate not being able to walk out my front door into my garden, or out the back to swim in my pool or play with the dog.
Do you have to have a lot of money in America to have a front and back yard? or do people choose this way of living?
