WOW!! Again the same problem as I am having....only the squatters are some homeless people off the street that have done damage by entering the home..tenant refuses to give up possession yet she will not live in home to protect the property. Best thing I can tell you to do is call the police get them for tresspassing If the sqatters you are refering to were at one time the tenants then you will have to have a court order to remove them. Do not try to take matters into your own hands.

Post no trespassing signs every 25 feet on the house. Then call the police if people are on the property. Take pictures of the signs installed.... Replace he signs if they are removed... Hire a tow truck company to post a sign and they will tow all cars on the property. It takes them 30 seconds to hook up and drive away...

I'd get an attorney before something happens and they sue you. Evict them. Squatters and bums can ruin your life.
