DO THEY ANNOY THE LIVING *BLEEP* OUT OF YOU???
I HAD AMERICAN LIFE RING ME UP YESTERDAY AND DIDNT ACTUALLY GIVE ME A CHANCE TO SAY NO I DIDNT WANT IT, HE JUST WENT ON AND ON AND ON FOR 10MINS, AND THEN HE WANTED ME TO GIVE HIM MY BANK DETAILS, I SAID I WOULD RATHER READ THROUGH THE PAPER WORK FIRST BUT HE SAID NO YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME YOUR BANK DETAILS! AND THEN LATER I HAD ANOTHER PERSON FROM THE SAME COMPANY OFFERING ME THE EXACT SAME THING AND I WAS LIKE, WELL SOMEONE FROM YOUR COMPANY HAS ALREADY CALLED ME BLAH!!

I SHOULDN'T JUST GIVE THEM MY BANK DETAILS OVER THE PHONE SHOULD I? SHOULD I MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS AS I DONT THINK ITS RIGHT.

I trying to find out somewthing. someone filed income an his job does not take out taxes he had to pay in 1,500.
he said he had 19,000 in gas to take off his taxes to get back. An had 1,200 after taxes an after filing an fees he only got 700 dollars back thats filing single with one dependent which was a child 2 years old. he said the child brought him only 300 doing that. really what im wanting to know is how much do you get back range wise on a child as a dependent he said only 300 i thought it was like 1,000. so did he really get back 300 after filing child or did he get more an just not saying.

I have literally found out today I am pregnant, I have also just been offered a job, I would be covered by the maternity policy from the day I start but could I still be penilised for accepting the job knowing what I do??? I have no clue what I should do, in my current job I am on a temporary contract and have no cover at all.

Would it be really dishonest of me to accept this job?

I started working for Ford as a lot attendant. I was there for 5 months and a half. I did everything that was required, never missed a single day in that time, worked on weekdays so other workers could get a day 'off'. The job wasn't beneficial to me but I accepted that. I took a lot of crap from my bosses and never answered back, followed the traditions of the bussines and I wasn't rewarded in kind. I kept a good relationship with my boss, it turns out they hired a new lot porter and they were signing the papers right there in my face as i was passing by. of course I had no idea he was going to replace me. I even bought a freacking car from them, and now I'm left with no job because the people at Ford decided at 5 months that I wasn't a loyal employee. There was another worker who missed like more than 20 days in 4 months and yet Ford decides to lay me off because I NEVER missed a single day in 5 months and I'm Mexican? something isn't right, can I take legal action?
