Can an employee working in any mnc avail balance medical leave of the pervious year.

depend on the company's policy but normally not able to carry forward. Some company will give award for not taking medical leave for 1 whole yr

You'd have to check with your employer. My husband if he didn't take his medical leave by the end of the year was paid for it...it didn't carry over to the next year.

every co has it rules. they can be diff for diff employ category. accumulation of is allowes upto a certain level and can be encashed at the time of retirement
