im just really confused, my prof saids it must be signed but i see real resumes and their not even signed.

No, I have never seen a signed resume. Perhaps your professor was talking about a cover letter.

In general, if you are sending a paper resume to a company, you should include a cover letter. This is a short letter (less than a page, probably three or four paragraphs) that explains what job you are applying for, how you found the job, and why you are the best person for the job. Your cover letter, like any other business letter, should be signed.

You might send your prof an email and ask them if they expect a cover letter along with your resume.

I've never signed my resume, and when I worked in a human resource department organizing resumes I never saw one that was signed.

apparently ur prof is trying to confse you. ive never seen any cv or resumes signed. you just need all ur personal details in and thats about it.
