I need a copy of a W-2 from a previous job. They wont mail it to me, I've gone there to pick it up but everyone claims they don't know where it is, I've tried contacting managers but It now seems everyone is intentionally ignoring me. Anyways....I really need to get a copy of it and I know there is a website that can do that I just can't remember what it is. Would you know?

I currently work in an office in a small town and am considering leaving to have a career change, for something that i should love. I believe that you should enjoy your job and look forward to going to work everyday. (I have been in this job for 3 years - is it too soon to leave??) The careers i have in mind are - primary school teacher, i know i would need to go back to college and then uni etc.... OR....cabin crew. Its something that i have been interested in to for years, which may mean that i have to move away from where i live now. Does any one have any suggesions??

I was layed off due to lack of work. My old boss slandered me to hopeful new jobs that I applied for. This leaving me with no work for 6 months . They paid me 10,000 dollars in a settlement because they got busted and they took 4,000 in taxes. I have 3 dependants, did I get screwed?

My father in-law has a zero balance on his credit card, he rarely uses it and when he does he pays the full amount right a way. He has a limit of above 15,000. They gave me a credit limit of 5,000. What do you think, will that help at all....?? Thanks

I would like to know other peoples stories. We had our first offer fall through before we even heard if our mortgage application was accepted. We had been accepted in principle but seems that means absolutely nothing until we have an place in mind and apply for confirmation. We then saw a flat, fixed price but we still hadnt even had an answer on the first offer application!!!! So we let it go through the process thinking by the time we found somewhere else we would know if there was to be any problems. Anyway, my main question is, we placed an offer subject to survey which was then revised as survey was fine. The bank is messing about. The seller wants us to arrange an entry date, preferably quite a quick one but we cant commit until we have our offer of mortgage confirmed and that they can do it in that time. Please can anyone who has arrange a mortgage for the first time in the past year or so tell me have they had the same obstacles? is this normal ?
