basically, i am on an emergency tax code becuase my employer doesnt have a P60 for me becuase my previous employer didnt give me one... so now this wrong tax code i am on means i get charged full tax even tho im a student working part time in the UK. i have heard that i can claim back my tax but not my national insurance contributions and my previous employer doesnt send me my statement of earnings which is apparently what i need to give this employer...and while the previous employer doesnt give me that, this employer keeps taxing me! what shall i do! im losing soo much money

I do taxes for kids that work for me, they live in kansas, go to college, parents claim them but they all work in missouri make less than $4.000 a year. Do they have to file kansas too, they will file missouri since they have income there, Not sure about Kansas

Our son was born on July 11, 2006. We got married on December 30th, 2006. I have had no taxable income this year. My husband made around $27000 this year. We were wondering if we are eligible for either of the credits because our son was born in July. Some places I read the baby has to be 6 months for the Earned Income credit. Also, does the Earned Income credit have age restrictions? For some reason I keep thinking I read that some where. I am 21 and my husband is 24.

I have had the same problem since day one. Employees seem unable to think for themselves for even the smallest things. I am friendly with them, at the same time, I am strict when the time requires. One year and a half, I have tolerated them and tried to help as much I can. But this created jealousy when I help others more or talk to others more. This year I'd like to bring my company to international level and would go full swing to get sales and more projects. I do not have patience anymore and keep losing my temper during meetings when employees ask the same question more than twice. How do I handle this problem? People told me to be more diplomatic. I feel I tried that before, but got nowhere. What do you think, people? Diplomatic or demanding? I feel when I am demanding, they are more cautious. But someone told me this year I should control my temper, or else it would create negative karma for myself. Yikes~! Help!
