A document writer? That's much to broad.
In America, a title company prepares all deeds, rights of ways, etc. A real estate agent prepares purchase and sale agreements. An underwriter prepares the loan documents.
I work in "instituional real estate", meaning I work in real estate for a local government. I do quite a bit of document writing.
There isn't training, in my area, for something like this. It's smething you learn by working your way up in the real estate industry.
