My concern is packages too large for mailbox delivery and left on steps ,left in plain veiw on steps and accessable by anyone .I have veiwed the USPS handbook but was unable to find clearly defined answer. Response from postal workers would be appreciated as well as refrences regarding policy.

A lot credit cards today give you 12-18 months with 0% APR.....After the intro period is up just cancel the card and go on to another one that is offering the same type of promotion. I just don't understand why anyone would pay 20-30 APR on money they can virtually have for free!!!!! I am about to graduate college and just got my first card last year so I don't know if this is a good or bad thing to do for my credit. Please let me know!!!!

how will i know that the website can be trusted?

i havent been purchased any product on the web. am afraid they will use my personal data and my bank#s that will be charged on me someday or they going to use it without my permission..

what do i need to purchase? i have here a credit card and me atm as personal savings.

because some of the item i need like electronic device and computers are sometimes hard to find here in philippines..

please advice. and give some additiona ldetails if any..

I am a Bio-Medical engineer and repair Medical equipment. We often discard medical equipment that is outdated or there are newer models available. I know that you need a license to re-sell, but what type of license would I need to have and where do I get it? I live in Florida and don't know where to start, but know there is a market for this.

Am retired ( financial planner, Series 7 lic. ) would like to work 15 hours a week. Am computer literate, but no expert. I can travel if necessary. Are there any sites out there that post help wanted ads for doing work out of your home? What are precautions to take to avoid scams?

I have a new baby and started a business from home but it makes only a small amount of money. I do not mind being a homemaker primarily but I'm bothered by society looking down on me for not doing more with my life. Should I go back to using my chemistry degree just to do more with my life, or should I enjoy my daughter and family life and accept that I am only a homemaker primarily?.

My son just graduate from college in may 2006. he has kept PA as his redsidence and has paid income tax to PA for the last 4 years. He has a 1 year paid fellowship with a school of journalism in FL. He has kept his car registared in my name in PA and his residence in PA until he gets a job somewhere in late 2007. Does he have to pay income tax to PA?

The company I work for recently switched from Blue Cross and Preferred Care to United Health Care. Thus far I have had numerous problems with United Health Care; could not retrieve temporary ID cards until the second week of January because there was a problem with entering the enrollment forms, misspelled my name which kept me from using insurance to refill a prescription and had to pay out of pocket, insurance claims are very slow, and poor customer service. Anyone else have feedback on United Health?

Also, is United Health an acutal insurance company or a TPA who simply processes our claims? If someone could shed some light on this it would be much appreciated.

I called Quick Loans to get some extra cash.I am a home owner with equity and right now my loan with my bank that I have is 5.87 interest 30 year fixed.I have 4,000 debt 2 are high interest credit cards the rest are hospital and doctor bills.My credit score is not that great but have kept payments up on mortgage.I wanted 20,000
cash out for a loan .They offered me 133,800 fixed paying only interest for 10 years.They gave me a 6% fixed rate paying off all debts and the rest of the 20,000 to invest and possibly make a profit.My mortgage payment now is 790.00 a month paying principle and interest .The new pay debt would be 878.00 per month paying interest only for 10 years.They also want a good faith deposit of
500.00 and will go towards the loan.This would make my credit slate clean.Should I do this?
