My company sells products on ebay. Someone has virtually copied my advert, description products....even auction finish time minus exactly one hour!!! I belive in healthy competion, but is there any way to bin this duplicating charlatans account?

YES, make the advert say You are the one and only genuine purveyor of the particular article(s) at the your special address and then go for a short period running prices below where your copycat person won't be able to compete.
You could also purchase something from the copycat to see where he's trading from and then think about what you would like to do next.

Report him to eBay's trust & safety department.
They will remove that listing and they can even suspend the seller.

Just click on Email Us, at the bottom of Contact Customer Support:

don't forget to include your item number and his item number so that they can act on this quickly.

Also, just send one email. Duplicate emails may slow down the response process as their Trust and Safety representative may need to review each one before replying... (uhm..that's what they say. :-) )

Report them to eBay or put his username in your listing telling everyone that he is copying you and name and shame him.

people do this alot. keep eye out..
