The company doesn't seem to exist any longer - may have been absorbed by another corporation or may be out of business.
TIA,

My seventh grade daughter is going to begin a job-shadowing program this spring, but she doesn't yet know what she wants to "be when she grows up." She has a natural talent for drawing, and she's wonderful with little kids, so she thought perhaps an art teacher. But she wants to keep her options open, as well. She wants a career that's going to make her salary worth the time, money, and energy that she'll be putting into college, and she's heard that teachers don't really make that much money.

Can anyone give me some ideas of art careers and what they consist of? Any web sites would be helpful, too, that she could go to for a free assessment on her talents and passions. Thanks!

I worked last year as a personal assistant/organizer on weekends and days etc, but I was not an official employee to anyone. I was paid by personal and im pretty sure I made over $8,600. I am 18 and filing FAFSA things for school and am worried about taxes now. Does anyone know of anything that could help me, or atleast explain to me if I would get in trouble for not paying taxes on money I made? I was under the assumption that I could just fill out a form and write a check at the end of the year, but apparently thats not the case. I am kind of worried about it, anyone have any knowledge on the subject? Thanks a lot

Can anyone explain and give some ADVANTAGES as to why a business may be successful in undertaking risks rather than considering good management or business efficiency?

Note: This has to do with return on capital employed ratios, comparing capital invested and profits. The higher the ratio, the greater the return on capital invested in the business.
