If you have the Certificates, the name of the Transfer Agent, which is usually a bank, will be mentioned. Contact them.

If you don't have the document, Google TIA, or go to Yahoo Finance. If you still don't have the information you need, contact a bank or brokerage house (Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab, Scott Trades, etc.) one of the representatives there will be glad to answer your question.
