It is not possible to view or copy them online.....what you can do is log on to www.irs.gov and request a copy (for a fee), or a transcript (no fee). Be aware that if you are going to submit these forms, some places will not accept a transcript.

Some companies have them online, some don't. Ask your HR department. If not, wait until you get it in the mail.

Most employers don't publish them. If you use a tax prep program, you can tell the program to fetch them for you.

you can get them online if the company you work for has it in place.....you can print them off and this is quite legal and you can use them for taxact online to e-file free right now...
