It seems most places only employ at 16+. Does anyone know of any types of establishments or places that would employ a 15 year old? I'm assuming Pizza Hut, McDonalds, etc, etc, are all 16? Would there be any way of fiddleing it? Do they check?

Strangely enough it's the law to be 16.......so you'll have to settle with a paper round!

You need to have a National Insurance number so that your employer can pay you. You can't get that until you are 16, so it looks like legit jobs are pretty much out of the question.
As far as 'fiddling it' goes, these days the Inland Revenue comes down like a ton of bricks not only on the companies, but on you. Believe me, they are the last people you want to upset at the start of your working life!!!
