if this happens can I get unemployeement been full time for 3 and 1/2 years and how long can I get it for how much? I live in Michigan

If you have worked for 3 years, you may be entitled to Unemployment benefits. The max is 26 week, but there could be extensions. You benefit depends on you pay level. Contact the Michigan unemployment office in your city/town. They will be glad to answer your questions.

You can't get anything unless your employment is terminated as a result of the actions you mention. Then you have to be eligible for benefits (worked there long enough). If you simply decide to leave on your own because of the above then you are not generally eligible for unemployment benefits.
