I've been hired as a Greenskeeper, Irrigation Tech and a Mechanic for a local golf course at $10.00/hr. I'd like to know where I might be able to find hourly rates that might get me more money based on what I'm hired for and my experience.

As someone that worked in golf course maintenance for over twelve years, I can offer a single bit of advice to you..... GET OUT OF IT!

In 2006, I was working as a golf course IPM (Integrated Pesticide Management) technician, and only making $12.01 an hour for what is a highly technical and necessary job in the field. It will be rare indeed that you'll find a golf course that actually appreciates its groundskeepers, and it's a thankless job even if you do. Unless you have dreams of educating yourself to the fullest and seeking a superintendent's job, and kissing a lot of backside to get there, you're better off just getting out while the getting's good.
