I was promised a franchise from a very large company and called over a managers head that became upset and delayed/destroyed any chance of a franchise offer. During the delay I was told employment would start any time as to lead me on for a extended period of time costing me great expense an time. I missed most of my sons senior year of high school and my other sons sports. My question is how much money would be enough (when hate is in my heart) to let bygones be bygones. I relocated and moved 400 miles to start a new life that never happened and got in to deep to turn back. My expenses are about 100k, 2 years and broken dreams.

in fact she needs a job. She's told me she wants to become more responsible and mature, and pay for her own cell phone, own clothes, and own personal luxuries. I was very impressed, and anyways, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what a 13 year old girl could do.

I will be interviewing subjects for the book. The subjects need to understand that I am writing the book to make money and they are volunteering their info knowing that the revenue from the book will not be distributed among those being interviewed. Also, I need to let them know that I honor complete confidentiality. Is there a template or do I need to seek a contract lawyer?

well lets see.. I worked some fast food and cashier jobs when I was a teenager living at home. Then after I turned 18 I got a job at a sewing factory (wasn't for me) cuz I only lasted 3 months. So I went to another factory and worked there for about 4 years until after I got married and had 2 children. My oldest is in school and my youngest is still at home. But this setting at home making no money is getting old. So I am looking to go back to work but I really don't wanna go back to doing any of other the jobs I have already done. I would like to work in an office or something of the sort. I would like to work morning to around 5'ish. I only have a high school diploma. So would I need to go to college or is there any jobs like the ones I mentioned that only require a high school diploma?

I'm good at what I do and, I want to expand this year really big on home/ commercial renovations and much more. I want much bigger paying jobs than what i'm getting now and, in the past I turned down a few because of this. I know by getting the license I have plenty of more jobs and higher pay too. I have a good strong crew that know what they are doing and mostly all the tools to build a house. If anyone knows a good and efficient way of applying or go to an agency in newyork area please inform me I would apreciate it very much.

I invested $15k last year in the Dodge & Cox Balanced Fund through my previous employer's Roth 401k plan, but my new employer does not offer this fund (or a Roth 401k). I would like to continue to invest in this fund via an IRA but it is closed to new investors. Is there any way around this as I still hold my $15k in the fund through my old employer? For example, can I convert it to a Roth IRA with Dodge & Cox and continue to contribute via a Roth IRA?
