I was promised a franchise from a very large company and called over a managers head that became upset and delayed/destroyed any chance of a franchise offer. During the delay I was told employment would start any time as to lead me on for a extended period of time costing me great expense an time. I missed most of my sons senior year of high school and my other sons sports. My question is how much money would be enough (when hate is in my heart) to let bygones be bygones. I relocated and moved 400 miles to start a new life that never happened and got in to deep to turn back. My expenses are about 100k, 2 years and broken dreams.

My unfortunate experiences with the legal system is that if you want to spend another 4 years and another 100k, then you can find out.
My guess is that you find out that you have put a small attorney up against a roomfull, who specialize in defending their corporation from suits like yours. I have never found an attorney who would initiate any case that I have brought to them. ONly defense and counter claims.
