I currently owe 167K, and the house was appraised for 210K in july. My friend is willing to lend me 15K, can I use my house as collateral? or put a lien on it for that amount to ensure him the money incase of anything? If so... how would i go about doing it?

OK, honesty here-

I want to start an escort business as a side business. If I pay taxes on what I make, wouldn't it then be discovered what I'm doing? Or if I don't pay taxes, no one will ever know.

I have purchased a number of new mint silver coins over the past few years - silver eagles and Canadian maple leafs - and today I noticed that a few have started to tarnish, turning black in places, even though they appear to be sealed in their original mint plastic envelopes. What causes this? Does it effect the value? should I do anything about it? What is the best way to store these coins? They are currently in a safe - dry and dark.

the company i work for claims,they didn't make money any money,last year,I know better.We are one of the only companies in the united states that builds ethanol vessels.My whole point is,they say that is why we didn't get a bonus.No thanksgiving turkey,no merry christmas and NO CHRISTMAS BONUS !!!!!.Thankyou.

I get garnished for 500.00 a month.My car was reposed and I am already being garnished for a student loan 160.00 every two weeks.Now the bank that financed the car is garnishing my 100.00 every pay period too.Their garnishment is 10 percent,making this 25 percent of my take home pay being gone.Can two garnishments take place at the same time.I called my pay roll and she said that this was court ordered.I even called the banks lawyer and he stated only one garnishment at a time.I don't feel that I should have to pay back the bank because I no longer have the vehicle.They stated that I owe the remaining balance.What should I do.I don't wanna file another bankrupcy because the dept is only 15 thousand total.I did hold on to the vehicle for 5 months without paying on it because I had to look for a job.

I'm trying to get out of Stop & Shop Grocery Meat Department, as I'm getting sick and my hands have random red target lesions (Erythema Multiformis) on them from being allergic to something.
