A media plan, not a marketing plan or advertising plan. Media plan which states target demographic, media class, vehicle, budget, etc. Thanks.

Here's a sample plan that you can use for a flowchart. The second tab is the more evaluative spreadsheet.

Seems rather basic/newspaper-centric, but its a start.

You don't need to download one - just pick up a couple of magazines a rip out a few ad's.

Collect the ones that have a product in common - like Dior. You will get a clear idea about their color scheme - their idea of advertising objective, style, font usage, and message they are trying to present.
