Its being shipped ups ground.If it takes the max 8 days it should be here by the 23,what is up with that?I mean I know its Christmas but come on I want what I pay for right?Does UPS usually ship eariler than expected or later?

the question refers back to yesterdays. i decided against giving her a poem, thought it was too personal, don't like the idea of giving her a present. me and this girl, haven't even spoke for four months, what does that tell you, what are my chances of her liking me anymore, like the way she used too. she's not working this week, that is why is haven't given her anything what can i do. i don't know where she lives, i've only know her two years and i know she's always liked me

I have a credit card that I've had for almost a year. I had 0% interest for a year. I always pay well over the amount due. In October my payment was 2 days late. This caused me to lose my 0% interest and they raised it to 30% for 12 months. Any suggestions on how to get this payed off now?

After giving what was needed to get car, and contract drawn, I was allowed to drive off lot with no money down. Three wks later, I was told I had to turn the car in because they could'nt find no one to finance me. I was threatned that they would report the car stolen if I did'nt reply, so I had their guy come get it. But always felt that they were wrong, because they allowed me to drive off the lot. It's been a few months now since its been returned, and I have been immobile eversince. I need answers on what to do. Am i allowed to sue or not? and how long is too late?

I've tried contacting the IRS and just seem to be going in circles. A former co-worker owes me @$3,000 from a Michigan small claims court order from over a year ago. Tried seizing property, garnishing wages, etc. and they've dropped off the face of the earth, and had no property in their name, etc. It was suggested to me to possibly have this person's tax refund(s) (federal and state) garnished but when I tried to contact the IRS, noone seems to know anything about doing this and I just seem to go in circles. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Hi to all, I am looking for any good marketing analysis software which may be available out there. I came across BUSINESS INSIGHT and MARKETING MANAGER 2.15 which ask you a series of questions about your business and products, analyse it, then generate a marketing strategy report. I just believe that there might be more impressive ones out there. If anybody knows of any other different from the two mentioned above, he/she should inform me.
