I failed my 1st California Real Estate Licensing exam without using this product, I want to know if it is worth my $59 to use it. I really want to pass, so if you have any other good reccomendations, let me know. (Besides just reading the books, I have done that)

It's been a while since I sat for an exam, but I took a prep class prior to my exam and I feel it was really good.

Years ago (1988, 1999) I used to teach the SAT to high school students. These were mostly straight "A" students who wanted to go to Harvard or Yale or Stanford, etc. They were VERY smart kids, but wanted an "edge" on "The Test". I know that tests can, and are taught to. Ask around at real estate offices of new agents - see what local test prep classes are offered that they felt helped.

Your great wager is to take the direction from a realtor like Century 21 or Remax. They mostly present categories with the stipulation that you just paintings for them after getting your license. Sometimes that's a win-win trouble. Good good fortune!!!

I used forms and worms for the appraisers test. It was excellent.
