My partner and I are listed as co-owners on the deed. The relationship went sour due to his 'indiscretions' and he changed the locks when I found out; I was not given a key. A judge ordered that the locks be changed back to give me access- they were, but two weeks later were changed again. That was almost 2 years ago. The other party has spitefully claimed the house as his despite the deed. Hostile living conditions forced me to move out. We agreed to a buy out of my share but the other party has been unresponsive since. I feel my lawyer should be more agressive in pursuing this. My rights to access my property has been violated- twice. The court order has been ignored- twice with little reaction from my attorney. My desire to end this, get my (equal) share of the house and move on is being undermined purely out of spite. My lawyer lets it drag on. It's purely a property division- there are no issues regarding dependents or other open items.
Should I call the county prosecutor?

Most Visa/Mastercards are tiered for different types of purchases. I'm looking for a card that gives a flat 2% back on everything with no limits. Thanks to everyone who takes time to respond! Darryl :)

Ok, so I was very stupid to start taking these loans in the first place. The first one was ok, it was through a reputable company, and for a $500 loan, I ended up paying $600. Not bad. But then I started taking out loans through these on-line places. Between my wife and I, we have 7 out and are paying almost $1000 a month. For some of them I'm paying $90 every two weeks, and that has'nt touched the principal yet. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can out from these ASAP. I've thought about debt consolidation. I tried to get a personal loan from my bank to pay the payday loans off, but I was denied. Anyone who has been in similair circumstances and has some advice, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

I had a job loss a few years back, and still recovering from that, also, I didn't make the wisest choices with money and I was forced to file bankruptcy. I am finally filing this week and I have to admit I am nervous. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, yet the end (the meeting and actual discharge) seem so far away. I am nervous because I don't know what expect in the future. I just wanted other peoples experience.

I bought a house through a short sale with the previous owners still in the house. They were in foreclosure and the house was weeks away from being set for Sheriff's Sale. The previous owners will not get out of the house. I filed the evicition and had a hearing. They are scheduled to be out of the house by 12/27. The Writ was filed. They are still trying to find a way to rent the house from me. It has been over 45 days since I closed, no money coming in, no contract signed, will not return my calls to make arragements for utilities and there is no sign of them packing. What happens when 12/27 comes and they are still in MY house!? What are MY rights?

my son had a operation in a hostpital in the insurance network. But some of the hospital claims were rejected by the insurance saying the providers are not in the network. The hospital is in the network, I don't understand why insurance says the provider is not. So, what will be my steps to resolve the issue? Certainly, I believe it should be the issue between the hospital and the insurance company.

Thanks,

My family & I are victim of Identity theft. They got hold of our check books, opened credit cards, stole drivers licence, used our social, knows our date of birth. Many credit card accounts were opened even under a dead family members name. We keep sending death certificates to credit card companies. Our accounts went into collection. We have contacted the police, postal inspector & FBI. They have many cases so they are unable to resolve our case. The bank took around 10,000 dollars from our account the crook wrote & is refusing to pay it back. We have informed all credit buero's, sent letters to attorney general, comptroller of the currencies and every other place you can imagine but no one is on our side. The crooks even went abroad using our identity. They went to jewelry stores, electronic stores, ate at restaurents, took even licence tabs. We had excellent credit but now it's ruined. If we hire a lawer the fees will too much to handle. What other options do we have? Any ideas?
