My father (deceased) has a patent, and I was thinking of manufacturing it again. We stopped after he passed away. Who can I contact that could answer the legal questions on how to go about doing this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The United States Patent and Trademark Office has a list of registered patent lawyers http://des.uspto.gov/OEDCI/ - you can search for patent lawyers nearest you.

Or you can ask a lawyer you know for recommendations on patent lawyers. In the Washington DC area, patent lawyers are among the most expensive.

I would start at the US Govt Patent office...online...try a search at patents.gov or patentoffice.gov

do a Yahoo yellow pages search by zip code to find a local attorney, at the very least he/she should be able to make a recommendation.
