I was offered two jobs on the same day and am totally at odds with what I should do. I need some genuine help here.

One job is $500 a week to start (with a pay raise once I get my store) managing a pizza place.

The other is a salesperson for manufactured housing with a small salary (about $1000) plus commission and the potential to make about 80K a year.

I have a mortgage and bills that total about 1400 a month.
I am married but my husband earns very little. He contributes about 600 a month to the household.
Please help me. Does anyone know what the forecast is for manufactured housing? I hear that within the next year it is supposed to explode.

Serious replies please. Thank you.

and the mailman picks it up, do they take it back to the P.O. and check to make sure that you got the shipping cost right, before they will send it out? In other words, do they re-weigh it?

Just married w/a little girl. We want to settle in a home of our own and maybe expand our family. We need more room to grow for the future. We both work extremely hard but still struggle on how we can own a decent home w/ out spending an arm and a leg. We are afraid of being jacked around and make a huge mistake. We are old fashioned and weren't born into money. We need advice.

I've had some bad experiences recently with Ebay and frankly I'm getting a little tired of this. I purchased a hooded sweatshirt and paid with the "buy it now" option on the 8th. It is now the 18th and all I've gotten is a tracking number (last week) but the item has not been shipped yet. I have contacted the seller TWICE stating that I need this delivered before Christmas and if they can't provide, then give me the refund. No response. None whatsoever. I'm losing patience as it's nearly impossible to find a BOSTON RED SOX hoodie in CHICAGO this time of year.

How long would you give the seller before filing a claim? I'd rather have the product than my money back, but if it's not going to get here this week it does me no good! Thanks for any advice.

I understand that if an individual invests in municipal bonds, they do not have to pay federal income tax on the interest, and usually do not have to pay state income tax on the interest either. But what if a corporation buys municipal bonds, do they have to pay federal income tax on the interest? And do they have to pay state income tax on the interest?

Thank you advance for your generous help.
