There are no risks, you just won't have credit for awhile afterwards! It will take awhile, so you may not be able to say rent or get buy a house right away. But it's all worth it in the long run!

It's on your credit report for ever (almost).

If you could pay it all off in like five years do that instead cause the bankruptcy will be there even longer.

none that i know of. i filed 4 years ago.. no problems yet.

just get a good lawyer.. not those crap ones..
