I got a bill for my property tax but I think that is because I haven'
t been able to pay my mortage for several months and it is that time of year.
My question is I will be paying my mortgage up complete in a couple of day (this type situation is covered in my mortgage agreement) and my mortgage includes insurance and taxes. Can I ignore the tax bill as the property tax will be paid up when I complete the mortgage payment?

I will have my masters degree this Summer 2007 when should I send out my resume to potential jobs? I have applied for numerous jobs but only 1 response. I think I am shooting the gun too early.

When I was hired for my recent job-part of my contract required me to move to the town where the job was and I did. I uprooted my family and moved. Then-about a week ago, my boss told me that they were moving me back to the corporate office (an hour away) and giving me a different distict (which requires travel up to 75% of the time) to oversee-with no increase in pay. I told them I just couldnt do that since I just moved and I have 3 kids, to which they responded I either take the other position or resign all together. I subsequently resigned but now I am stuck in the town where there are no other jobs that pay what I was making before. Do I have a case to sue this company so they can help me move back to my original town?

How about on a Saturday? Also if it says bank check on it is it the the same as cashiers check? I sold something and requested a cashiers check. It looked like a cashiers check and said bank check on the top and was written off back acct. Was not a personal bank account. thanks

For example, USA Housebuyers or Fast Cash for Homes? We bought a house with 100% financing and now my husband lost his job. The mortgage is too big to handle on one income and we don't want to wreck our credit with a foreclosure or late payments. We have no equity and just want to sell for what we owe. We can't rent it out for what the mortgage payment is. The market is too slow right now and we can't/don't want to wait to sell through a realtor. Thanks!

We have heard many different versions.

After the 1st mortgagee forclosed we were given until October 10 to move in a letter from the lawyer. Two weeks ago someone came by to do an occupancy status report and nothing since.

Should we move now or will the sheriff give us time when he comes with a notice?

Will the second mortgagee try to take over the first and give us more time?
