Whereas I have spent alot of money and seem to be in the same place with a lawyer. No more money for lawyers but I have spouses social and other vitals

IRS records are confidential. You may not be able to get them from the IRS with a court order. However if you have a right to the information the court could order the person to produce those returns for the court to review.

Write to the IRS and request the information via the freedom of information act.

Ask your lawyer how to deal with income information that's being withheld.
