I got a bill for my property tax but I think that is because I haven'
t been able to pay my mortage for several months and it is that time of year.
My question is I will be paying my mortgage up complete in a couple of day (this type situation is covered in my mortgage agreement) and my mortgage includes insurance and taxes. Can I ignore the tax bill as the property tax will be paid up when I complete the mortgage payment?

If the mortgage-holder also got the bill, they might pay it once you get caught up. I'm assuming that your mortgage payment includes an escrow account for taxes - most do. And once you catch up your payments, there should be money in the escrow account to pay the tax bill. But it probably wouldn't happen automatically - contact the mortgage holder (preferable when you're making your catch-up payment) and ask them how this will work.

Even if they say they're going to pay it, ask when, and check back with the taxing authority to be sure it was paid, to avoid problems for yourself.

Don't ignore it, just make sure your mortgage company pays it. Call them or call your taxing authority and explain the situation.

Nope!

Contact the taxing authority and ask for an appointment to clear up the situation. You may have to pay them separately, but they will give you advice on what to do immediately.

They could sheriff sale your home, or put a lien against your home. Contact them ASAP.

GOD bless.
