--I just saw an ad on TV for a law firm saying if your child committed suicide after taking (--drug name?--), call us to sue them.
--If it was for their benefit, and minimal profit to the lawyer, this wouldn't be an issue, but I know they are making beaucoup money off this.
--How the hell did this happen on TV...I wouldn't allow that to air.

I have just started the process of buying a home and don't understand how interest is calculated.
7.75% of $100,000 is $7,750 which is $300 per month for 30 years.
How come the bank says $650 a month for 30 years which is $234,000?

Are you aware that at least half of the answers to your questions are not accurate? I have been reading the questions and answers for US taxes for several weeks now and I am astounded at the amount of WRONG answers. Most of these tax questions can't be answered properly without more information from the asker. Giving outright wrong answers is irresponsible. I would advise all people seeking tax advice to go to irs.gov or your state website and READ the instructions for the forms you need. Perhaps a better question for askers would be "What forms do I need for (fill in the blank)"? Or if you really want advice be more specific with your questions or use the "additional information" feature to add details to your question.

I'm hoping to rent a property until the market snaps back. Is receiving Landlords insurance difficult to obtain? Also should I expect my already high insurance premium to rise drastically?
