llc is a limited liability corporation, check withe state in which it incorporated, if your not sure where that is start with Delaware. if it a local corporation it will be on file with the state. most of the time the incorporation papers are file either by an attorney or by a company specializing in filing incorporation papers. if the list of owners is not listed in the incorporation documents you can contact the agent (person who filed the documents) and ask them for he info, who will advise you of any specific actions you need to take depending on your need for the info.

Check with your Secretary of State- you can probably find out who the principals are online...
