I want to start my own retailer and wholesaling business by buying some interesting products from Chinese manufacturers and wholesalers. The problem is I have never been in this business so i dont know where to start from even though i found some good manufacturers and wholesalers on the net.My biggest concern is that if i choose different products from different manufacturers or wholesalers so would i be approaching them all separately e.g.toys from one place, stationery from the other and lamps ,photo frames, jewelry etc.How do i present myself to them and what words to choose to put my order if I am totally a beginner?Do I need to have a business license even if i want to sell them from home? What else do i need to do for a complete step by step process?

I'm currently trying to find a 1bd apartment for no more then $1,000 in Koreatown or anywhere close to Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, CA however I feel like I am repeadly discriminated against. I'm Latino and I have a job that pays $30,000 (which is through W-2) and make an average bonus per month of $1,250 (which is 1099....about $15,000 extra/yr)...since I'm a mortgage consultant assistant and I get paid extra per file that gets funded.

I have only one year's worth of credit and I have no collections, no late payments, nothing that would otherwise be bad on my credit report. CAN ANYONE HELP ME...I want to move into an apartment with my cat.

---I feel like I am discriminated against because I have several Korean friends who have no jobs, have no credit history and get apartments because of co-signers yet despite the fact that i have a good paying job, I have 1yr worht of credit with no derog + told them that my mother would co-sign and even yet I would 2x my security deposit they ref

I work at Mervyns (whic is closing all their Washington state locations come early next year) amd do logistics and odd type jobs, basically from the registers o the trash.

I have only worked there for like 3 weeks, and have made freinds with some people, but I found a better job as a department head of furniture at cost plus. It dosen't pay a whole lot more, but it is certainly in my interest area.

Should I feel guilty about being trained and meeting new people to leave?

There is a great deal of construction, of brand new homes, in my city. It doesn't matter what contractor is building them, or what part of town they are in, they all have one thing in common:

They all have a ridiculously small number of windows.

If you look at older homes, I'd say almost every room has at least one window. Two per room seems average for an older home.

These new homes, are often lacking a single window, in one, or more, entire exterior wall! It doesn't seem to matter if the house is big or small, they still lack windows. Not only does it look unappealing to the eye outdoors, but how are these homes supposed to get natural light or fresh air inside?

I suspect this trend is happening for two possible reasons: energy efficiency and construction cost.

In cases where energy efficiency is the *only* factor for having a lack of windows, why not simply build using energy efficient windows?

I hate new houses. They are so windowless, they might as well be tombs. Yuck.

I am currently unhappy where I am currently employed and I wish to find another job.
The only problem is, I do not really have one particular thing that I want to do. Of course, education is a big factor, and I have only attended some college.
I am a very artistically talented and intelligent individual. I can write, paint, draw, take photographs, and I have tons of work experience, but I don't know what field my resume' should be geared towards. In any job I have had I could accomplish any task that was put in front of me, but I am having trouble specifying what to put in my resume that will capitalize on these things.
Right now I am a technical writer, but I only have 5 months technical writing experience, and a lot of resume' websites want specifics on job field. Any advice on what I should do to brush up my resume' with the talents I have?

Just unsure of where the contracts would have to be done. Will be purchasing a house either right before or after wedding (depending on escrow), this will be made from seperate funds, but also want to protect retirement accounts etc.
