I am looking for properties in 3 categories: 1. Forestry, 2. Cattle, 3. Large acreage at a low price per acre (may not be agricultural).

try http://fish4sale.com just put in your chosen area and you should come up with some properties. the trouble would be then which one should you go for. you could also look for a direct land seller that will sell to you or first hand sale that comes to you at trade prices. I found one but it is in England so no good to you at the moment. Good luck

Stay away from it. You can't hold property title in most countries if you are not a resident of that country.
A forum such as this leads me to wonder about your ability to handle such a deal. You don't sound knowledgeable about real estate. I would advise you to stick with something close at hand that you can manage,

You should find an international broker.
