they have been served a 30 day notice to quit. I have had their personal belongings and a car in my possession for 21 days and they have been notified of storage fees for all ,. what do I do from here

You decided to look for a job. You find one, and it looks like they are going to offer you the job. Now, how do you go and tell your boss...I am qutting in order to get a better job...but can you give me a reference?

How is this supposed to happen?

We live the southside of Brisbane and she is finding it really hard to make ends meet. Does any one know where she can get some tempory financial assistance from? Yeah I know I should of used "the reason why they WERE fired" but before anyone asks if I know how to use proper english, allow me to say I didn't have enough characters to work with had I typed were instead of was.

But could you sue your former employer for disclosing the reason why you were fired to a different company thinking of hiring them?
