Will american express ever make personal debit cards for banks like in case of visa and master card ?

No, American Express makes a ton of money on charging merchants extra percentages for processing these cards. They'll most likely never split those profits with banks. Am Ex charges merchants close to 4% of your bill to process. Visa & MC charge 25 cents and 1.79% to process your bill.

I think so, hell anyway that they can make money they will. If they get enough requests they will start partnering with banks to make it happen.
