Coffee shops are always a big hit--give people who arrive early a place to go and grab some breakfast. Newspaper shop, maybe? Fast food--subs or pizza might work, too.

Small diner or "quick stop" with food you can eat with your hands, maybe have newspapers for sale.
You could also have small containers of things like aspirins, antacids
travel sized toothpaste w/toothbrush, etc
