I wanted to work at my targets pharmacy but it is full of staff but they just built a new walmart by my house with a pharmacy but I wanted to also stay at target part-time.

All company's have policy's and you should have acsess to that information, all laws and all the policy's,health safety. ect. who ever said they were in competition?thats the higher up position to worry about, you just smile and work make your money and go home! AMEN!

it depends all on which one pays better.
equal? why the heck not? no one really cares! the competitors were walmart&kmart.
now, thats over. as long as you still work for target, no one will probably care that u work 4 walmart.

Most low-level retail jobs do not have a non-compete clause. You don't really sign a contract of any kind. My job at PetSmart does, but my job there is extremely specialized and is unusual for retail. However, I'd double check with your supervisors at Target, because there may be issues with you working a second job at all... they kind of frowned on that when I worked there, but that was over 5 years ago.

dont ask dont tell policy, unless you work for somethign with senstive information there wouldnt be any conflict of interest,
