What would you do if you had to decide between these different real estate situations and you had a family of 5+? Buy a 10 acre piece of land for $150,000 that's 20 minutes from town, subdivide half of it then build a house to live in on the other half with the profits you made. Buy a 6-7 bedroom duplex in town with a .40 acre piece of land for $175,000- $200,000, live in the upstairs and rent out the downstairs. Buy a 2 bedroom house in town on an acre of land that backs the river for $150,000, then add more bedrooms in the unfinished basement area. Or buy a 3-4 bedroom house on .36 acres for $120,000 that's 15 minutes from town and needs work. These are the different options we have to choose from and we need to decide what to do?

I've been looking all over the internet and i can't find what i'm looking for.
i have a piaggio ape coffee van and what i'm looking for is to find someone who is specialised in ataching rain covers or wind blockers to the sides of the van, so I don't get wet during rainy days, when i serve the costumers. of course for them too. the problem is that i don't know exactly how they are called and probably that is why i can's find any site for this. I hope you know what I mean, what i am looking for. i really need these covers. if you can help or have any suggestions, please let me know. thanks a million.

Hi,

I have $20,000 in my bank account. I'm looking for the best way to keep the money I already have, and also make some money off of it. I was hoping to be able to make at least something like $400 a month off of that 20k. Any ideas?

1. If the original account was $4000, and the creditor added $7000 in late fees and interest in four years, although you requested the account be closed 4 years ago, and made your last payment at that time, are the additional fees legal? Isn't there some type of legal cap, or can over $100 or more be added each month for years?

2. If a company agrees to accept 50% on a debt, where the forgiven 50% only consists of late fees and interest, can they later ask for the entire amount, and take the debtor to court for a judgement?

Also, is the debtor responsible for taxes on the forgiven amount, if it only consists of late fees and interest, and not from the original credit amount itself?

I just got my tax id number from the irs, and I also have a state sales tax number. Im trying to become a reseller of computer parts that i plan to purchase from a wholesale company. My personal credit history is one of the worst in america. How can i get approved for anything to start building credit for my business? Whats the cheapest way, and fastest? I tried years ago to apply for an office depot card with a previous business, but they declined me cause my business had no credit. If i cant get an offie depot card, then what can i do? By the way I have a sole proprietor business.

My husband and I were buying a home contract for deed. While living there we had to carry home owners insurance. In our contract it stated that the seller must cut down a tree that was in the front yard and we were not responsible for any damages caused by the tree untill this was done. The tree was dying and had caused damage to a neighbors home. In july of this year we ended the contract and moved. 11 days after we moved a storm came through and knocked the tree down causing extensive damage to the house. Our homeowners policy had not run out yet. We had no idea any damage had been done until yesterday when we received a check from the insurance company for almost $4000. We did not file a claim, the mortgage company did not file a claim. They just sent an adjuster out on their own because a lot of homes had been damaged that day. Can we keep the money? I have spoken with the insurance company and they know we no loger live there. The check is made out to us... contuined..

If you are working for a large company working in an intership as a custodian and almost 12 hours a day are spent on your feet and you developed pain in your feet, So you go to the company dictor and he dianosis you with plantar fasciitis, you wait 2 week following the doc's orders and another doctor tell you its not plantar fasciitis and your options are to deal with it or leave the internship.

Now here is the delema, you need the internship to be considered a full time student, if you leave you wont get the credit and in turn wont get money from the GI Bill and in turn will not be able to pay for and bills.

what do you do?
Can you sue said company for forcing you out if you get another opinion from you own doctor?
