For the hours, it is military time; when you reach 12 noon, you move on to 1300 hours instead of 1 pm.
For the minutes, it's broken into 100ths (1/100) of an hour. Each tenth of an hour is six minutes. Use a calculator to divide 60 (number of minutes in the hour) by the 88,62,76 or whatever. Like this: 60x.88 (don't leave out the . before the 88) to find how many minutes you worked. Looks like they're paying you down to the second. Never seen that before but I guess there is a first time for everything!

well the 14:82 or the 16:62 looks like military time to me, in which case take off 12 hours and thats the time.
The other sections I dont quite understand without seeing the print.

Millitary time:

After 12 noon just keep going as
13:00 is 1pm
14:00 is 2pm
1500 is 3pm
16:00 is 4pm

and so forth until 23:59 would be 11:59 pm

Hope that helps!

they are dealing with hundredth of an hour instead of minutes and a 24 hour clock instead of a 12 hour clock
