I want to move out sometime next year and find an apartment/house for rent, for me & my daughter and I just don't know for sure is it possible financially to be able to pay rent and maintain my car note & insurance I have on it. Anyone have any suggestions or comments on what I should do?? My car note is currently $350.00 and my insurance is $245.00 a month. I'm considering re-financing my car to see if that will lower the payments and precentage rate. I really need to move though and it looks as though I can't get rid of my car, because it's being financed. So please please any advice, suggestions or comments on this will be greatly appreciated.

We own a small car lot. We sell primarily pre-owned executive, pre-leased company owned vehicles. Most of our cars we sale a little above wholesale. The problem we are having is that most of the customers that come to us want financing; the problem is usually because of poor credit. So the banks,etc. wont touch them.
We are to small to finance them out our-selves and because we only carry eleven no more than fifteen vehicles at a time we can not find any of these companies that will finance out high risk individuals. The requirement i have run into is you must have a quota of at least 50 cars on the lot and a sale of at least thirty a month in order for them to do it. I need help on this; surely there is some-one who will help out companies on a extremely small scale. If i had more options for my customers my sales would be more, it has been a crutch.

My apartment left an eviction notice on my apartment door saying I had to be out of my apartment in 30 days, because she said that I had unauthorized persons living with me, which is NOT true at all!! What should I do? She is not going to put me out of my apartment cause of a LIE!!...No One has never lived in my apt.. But me and my daughter.

I am looking for easy cost free Ideas to ad to my computer business. I am mobile tech service, upgrades, repair,networking,custom built systems, etc....Currently added personal item sales on ebay and craigslist. My first year was rough and I dumped a bundle into advertising, I've had to do other work not related to my business just to keep it alive. This redirects my focus away from my business.
