I'm afraid your "least effort, big pay" theory does not work, at least not in the medical field and other "real work" fields. The entertainment industry would be a better bet for this ;-)
I you want little / no schooling and a high income, and in the medical field, I could suggest to become a nurse, and hope to seduce and then marry a successful plastic surgeon and/or clinic director - but I'm afraid that would not be very nice, or politically correct, so I won't suggest it.

in CAnada, you have to go to university to become a nurse.
I think probably the career in the medical field which requires the least schooling and the most pay for that level of education would be as a paramedic.

in case you're inspired adequate, an option to make that form of money out of faculty (interior the scientific field) with a level in biology, chemistry, or nutritional sciences might direct me to point drug or scientific devise sales. those are no longer trouble-free jobs to return with the aid of, yet for the superb guy or woman, with the superb education, and the superb motivation it is going to pay properly.

Health Care Assistants, or Oral Hygienists.
Both only requires a year or two at college, and pay quite well.

the person who draws the blood, I think it is a plemboligist (wish I knew how to spell it) or something like that, great pay without a lot of schooling.

Taking care of "Mentally Challenged" people is pretty decend pay. My mom did it, and she never even went to college.
