Starbucks Coffee Co. Doesn't franchise, and they also doesn't make franchise operations in any country.
All of their stores are original from the feet to the head... That's why it's Starbucks a original, tasty, delicious, pretty and one of the excellent multi largest national coffee shops in the world.

Contact Starbucks, either via their website or by going to one of their stores- they should have the info there!
Also, you HAVE to either be gay or hire someone who is gay!
Starbucks is just not the same if you do not have a friendly gay Barista!

GO TO THEIR WEBSITE. If there is not a direct link on opening your own, then there must be some sort of address/phone number/link of someone at Starbuck's to contact.

They don't franchise and has no plan to do so in the future. All stores are owned by the company.
