What is a boat condo you ask? Down in Florida, you can buy a space at a marina in a 3 story warehouse where a forklift drags our boat out of the water and lifts it into your "condo" boat slot. Your boat stays dry and out of the elements. Some sell for $30K, others up to $90K. It sounds crazy, but if I buy one cheap before a new marina gets built, maybe I could resell it later when they run out of room and prices go up. What do you think?

We have freeloaders in our rental unit that seem to know all the ropes for freeloading in the rental system. They are 5 months behind in the rent but are hiding behind eviction time frames and legalities. Eviction is in process. Can a claim in small claims court be filed before the eviction. We live in the state of Maine.

I've used PayPal before but their 3% fee seems high. The nice thing is they have no monthly fee. However, I've heard they can freeze your account indefinitely for minor issues. What do you recommend and what are the costs?

Mia takes off for Brazil's goal and, while dribbling the ball, is able to run at a speed of 6.8 yds. per second. Sissi takes off at the same time as Hamm and runs at 8.4 yds per second. (She is able to run faster because she is not dribbling the ball.) Hamm has decided to shoot at the exact moment that Sissi catches up to her, because at that point it will still be difficult for Sissi to block the shot when she is side by side with Hamm. How far away from the goal will Hamm be when she shoots?
