Hello,I have enclosed information concerning the comparisons of university and community college attitudes.Community College is quicker to pinpoint your immediate technical medical program whereas the university is set up to give you two years of overall informative classes and two years of your specific fields of study. The important thing to remember is where are you going after you graduate and work a while. Are you thinking of graduate school, taking the GRE test, qualifying for more professional responsibilities?I have seen nurses who become doctors after years of seeing the doctors make more money than they do. A person changes his/her focus yearly.Of course hospitals consider professionals based on education but the need today for qualified hospital professionals is very great. I think everything depends on what you want to do and how long you want to get your degree.Either way, you are a winner.

Community college for the program you're talking about because tuition costs less and it gets you into the workforce quicker. You can always go to a university later on for part time and get the extra two years...

Hospitals want people with training from an accredited program, whether it's at a 2 year or a 4 year....

If you want to be Radiology Tech, you actually must go to community college, you cannot get that certification at a university. You need the certification to work in those type of fields, for example also the instrument techs, sonographers, almost anything with tech after it.

The only reason for someone in this profession to go to university would be later they decide they want to be a nurse or something else. Or just personal development.
