I've used PayPal before but their 3% fee seems high. The nice thing is they have no monthly fee. However, I've heard they can freeze your account indefinitely for minor issues. What do you recommend and what are the costs?

As a frequent online customer, I prefer paying by PayPal, and will go out of my way to find the product or service I need at a company that accepts it. (I will use my debit card at large, well-known companies like Sears, but not at some company I've never heard of before.)

have your company purchase the little machine that allows you to debit the pymt from their checking acct. It will be well worth it. Then the money I believe gets transferred into your own bank. Look into it. Or you could offer a mail in check, but tell the recipient that their will be a waiting period for up to 2 weeks, usually they won't want to wait that long, and end up using their debit cards..
