What are some additional tips outside of paying your debts and bills on time that will improve your credit score?

I have been advised to buy shares in precious metals and natural resources as opposed to putting my savings into a high interest bank account. I was just wondering if anyone else had this advice and what they thought of it. is it a good idea and why?

How do search engines decide what is spam/repeated words?

On my website, for all my pages, my navigation bar repeats the word, "Art" three times like this:

Art Articles, Art Directory, Art Forum.

Then on my index page, my content uses the word Art maybe 3 or 4 times. Index page being 3 paragraphs.

On my Art Articles page I use the word ART maybe 6 times in the content.

Finally, the word art is used once in the title tag and twice in the URL. Example:

I have a civil lawsuit against me on credit card debt. I've ask them to provide proof on debt. (Compel Discovery). They sent several copies on statements from my old credit card. Now they want me to respond to the discovery. What is the best way to answer them. I can't afford a lawyer or pay them right now. I don't want a default judgement. Please Help.

I was blindsided over the weekend by someone who ran a red light. My car is totaled and I'm a bit banged up. Their property claims department will make me an offer on the car, but the bodily injury claims person is coming to see me this morning.

I've been to the chiropractor and the emergency room, and both took X-rays. The hospital gave me a prescription and sent me on my way, and my chiropractor will likely want to continue treatment for a while to insure that there are no lingering effects.

But the real troubling thing is a spot on my head under the hair that isn't bruised but that has hurt like crazy since the crash, as well as some dizzy spells. The ER doctor didn't seem concerned, but he did give me the name of a neurologist in case the symptoms don't go away.

So my question is, what should I say to the claims agent this morning. How much should I reveal, knowing that their customer and their company is their first responsibility. I'd really appreciate some guidance on this.

I'm 26 and currently put away 20% of my income into a 401k, plus I max out a Roth IRA every year. Sometimes I feel like even that much isn't enough, but other people tell me I'm overdoing it and should enjoy my money more NOW.
